  • What is the pricing?

  • Do you have any sales collateral?
    • Yes. Please find our sales collateral here.
  • How do I sign up a new location? 
    • Fill out the form here and the customer will be set up within 24 hours.
  • How do I cancel locations?

Account Settings

  • How do I log in to your account?
    • To access your account, click here. Use your email address and password to sign in. If you have forgotten your password, use this link to rest your password. To see how to make other edits to your account, click here
  • How do I update your password?
    • To change your password within your account:
    1.  Log into your portal with your current password.
    2.    Click on your name in the top right corner of the portal.

    3.    Enter your new password.

    4.    Enter your new password once more to confirm.

    5.    Click the green “Submit” button. 

  • Did you forget your password?
    • Resetting your password is easy! First try our automated process here.                                                                    

                              Remember your password must:

                                    ·      Be at least six characters long.

                               ·       Not be all the same character (e.g. 444444).

                               ·       Not be a sequence of consecutive characters (e.g. 123456).

Announcements

  • What are the different types of announcements? 
    • Real Time: You can make an announcement and it will automatically post to all of the different platforms when you click save. You can also add a photo to a real time announcement.
    • One Time: This is the set-it-and-forget-it feature. You can schedule the day and time that you would like an announcement to post in advance. You can make as many announcements as you want. Monitor scheduled announcements in the 'Upcoming Announcements' section of the portal.
  • How do I create and schedule announcements?
    • You can create announcements in your account by selecting "Announcements" on the left side of the portal after logging in. 
  • How do I delete announcements?
    • You can easily delete Announcements by clicking the delete option to the right side of the Announcement.
  • How do I post announcements to Facebook and Twitter?

  • How do I add photos to announcements?
    • Click “Add photo” below the field to enter your announcement.
